Ordered from Lowes waited two months. Good frig: compressor little noisy, bulge top left corner, water leaks a little after crushed ice dispense. Great led lighting, roomy glass shelves. Fresh food drawer should have been halved.

we purchased this after looking at other brand options and speaking with our appliance repairman. He advised us of some other brands to avoid. We had to wait nearly 8 weeks for delivery since we wanted it in white. We've had it about 8 weeks as I write this. So far it holds the temperatures consistently. The refrigerator section is very roomy, it accommodates alot but it does limit where you can place tall items. My old refrigerator had a shelf which could slide back thereby providing additional space for tall items. This model permits them in the doors and in a section on the top right. If you are a family using a lot of tall containers for things like milk, juices, sodas, wines etc look carefully at that capacity. The crispers and deli drawers are ample. The freezer is adequate but a bit tight for a big family trying to stock up on meats and other frozen goods. For those looking for chilled water supply this is not for you. The water is tap temperature which for me is great. I can always add ice if needed. The ice cubes by the way are a bit smaller than I am used to but more than adequate in supply.The biggest surprise is that it sounds like it runs nearly 24 hours a day. Perhaps it is the circulating fan but it is rare that there is no noise coming from it. The salesman told us later that condition appears to be the norm.

I waited 6 weeks to get this white refrigerator and it was worth the wait. Very impressed with the quality of construction and the perfect condition it was in when I picked it up. Very easy to install. Beautiful French doors style. Always had side by side before. This more roomy for same size (26.8 cu ft) as my old one. Couldn't be happier! Love the freezer being down below with lots of room, very easy to sort through things, and love the sliding shelf in there. The slightly bowed-out doors make it very stylish. Love the outside access to water and two kinds of ice. Digital screen with temperature monitor very nice feature. I didn't know when my old refrigerator had ceased running because it didn't have temp monitoring and alarming. Also has, and monitors, condition of water filter. 4 wheels makes it so easy to initially install and to clean underneath in the future. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

the criper drawer and vegtable drawer handles are so thin they both broke first month . and replacements are 95.00 EACH. for some cheap thin plastic. tried calling for support recently in Sept get put on hold and dissconnected by automated system. poor customer service and cheap made products not worth the money , buy a different brand likemaytag with better customer support. So dissapointed in quality and no support. I even sent a Email a month ago and got no reply.

I have to laugh that they give you review suggestions. We have had our fridge less than a month, so can't speak to any concerns about other items raised by other customers. For us, it was about getting the best value, so we bought this on a Lowe's 4th of July sale. It took two months and 1 week for it to be delivered. It may be supply chain delays due to Covid or tariffs, but that is obviously less than ideal. I have two things that were better on our old Samsung fridge: the first is that the water from the Frigidaire out of the door isn't cold, so ice must be added if cold water is desired. The second is that there is a panel on the right door that is designed to provide a better energy seal, but it can hit the left door on closing if not fully retracted. So we are training ourselves to open and close the right door first. Other than that, it is a lovely fridge so far.

After 20 years our side by side refrigerator stopped working. Went for a change and purchased a French door style. Went to Lowe™Â€™s, and the one I saw online on sale no longer offered the white option. Went with this make and model. The Fourth of July sale was on, so got a good price. Due to covid-19, it took almost two months to receive. It finally arrived and it was wrapped tightly with plastic to prevent scratches or other damage. Took an hour to remove it. All this seems like complaints but it really isn™Â€™t. Thankfully we have second fridge in our garage and impressive protection by being totally wrapped. Really like this fridge. It is spacious, and offers lots of convenient storage. The freezer is a huge drawer with a slide out shelf for more items for easy access. . So pleased with sale price, size and appearance. Family really has enjoyed the water and ice dispenser.

I bought this in March from Lowe™Â€™s but had to wait until Aug to finally get it. First one had damage upon arrival so it was refused. This one arrived in good condition but the light switch on the right side was broke. I am waiting on the part to be repaired.There was also some paint rubbed off of the top corner of the door. I think it should have had enough paint on it that it wouldn™Â€™t rub off so easy since you have to pay extra for a white fridge. I love the look of this fridge but wish you could open the drawers on the left side without opening both doors. The fridge works great so far. It takes over half an hour to get thru to service dept but they did good setting up service right away.

We actually ordered this back in February, but due to COVID-19, there was a delay in construction and the eventual delivery was completed a little over a month ago. We fell in love with the model almost a year ago when we stayed in an AirB&B and wanted one of our own. The French doors make everything accessible and viewable. I have shoulder problems and the top shelf on the left side is at the perfect height for me to place heavier objects like pitchers and full milk containers on it with ease. The drawer freezer has two levels that move together or the basket top drawer can be slid back in to reveal what is below. So far, all of the raw vegetables stay just perfectly in the humidity controlled drawers. There is an automatic light that comes on whenever the water dispenser or ice dispenser are activated and the light can be turned on manually for a night light. The display of the cabinet temperatures for both the cooling and the freezing compartments is fully adjustable and easy to set. Love it!

Had this installed three weeks ago. One door had a very slight paint imperfection and they replaced the door within one week. Ice maker cranks out the ice unlike the crummy Samsung refrigerator i replaced with this Fridgidaire. Adjustable interior layout, LED lighting is nice

Not too pleased with this model! You can™Â€™t pull out the meddle drawer without opening both doors! The produce drawers don™Â€™t come all the way out . Also the water temperature is warmer than water out of the faucet!! I tried lowering the temp and everything in the fridge froze!

Refrig was 1 1/2 yr old (just out of warranty) and the compressor went out. What does that say for frigidaire product. Had to throw it out and buy a new one, NOT frigidaire. This is not a cheap product .

We bought this a couple of weeks ago to replace a 3 year old LG after the compressor failed. It was taking much to long to get in touch with LG so we bought the Frigidaire. It's the same size but, has so much more room and I like the way it's laid out. I've had this brand before and hoping it lasts as long as it did.

I bought my new refrigerator a month ago and so far i love it! I had an older side by side...i now have lots of space in the frig area, the crisper drawers are spacious and work great, and the big cooler drawer has ample room for cold cuts! The freezer is great...lots of room and options for using the space. I can actually put a full size frozen pizza in the freezer...love it!
