I am very impressed by the quality of the unit and how cold it has kept my trailer kitchen and living room. for anyone who lives in a older trailer you know it is hard to find a unit that will keep a trailer cool just because of the insulation issues. I praying the unit last for a long time.

I feel completely ripped off by this company. This unit was advertised as "smart". This unit is hot garbage. I cant seem to get a hold of anyone at this company to process a warranty claim. This unit has an incredibly hard start. It trips the breaker periodically. I am an electrician. The in rush current on this device exceeds spec. I want a refund for this junk you sold me.

The unit was safely packaged and undamaged. Easy to prepare and install!! Worked great right away and pulled an amazing amount of water in the first hour. I did remove the rubber drain plug otherwise you could hear the fan hitting the water. We also like the eco setting which turns off the compressor and fan to save energy! I would recommend this air conditioner

Bought a GE 10000 BTU air conditioner last year for our living room and love it, from how well it cools the room to the ease of using the app to control it. When it came time to buy a new one for our bedroom I knew I™™d go GE again in hopes that it was the same. Unfortunately that isn™™t the case. While the unit itself has not given any issues, it does not cool the room like the older other brands 6000 BTU did. It is quite disappointing. While the unit does cool the room it does not seem to do as good as the smaller unit it replaced.

The 8,000 BTU Window A/C is perfect for my needs. It was purchased to cool a 160-180 sqft. Sunroom that had 5 large windows facing east so, lots of early morning sunshine. The unit keeps the room nice and cool and even cycles instead of running all day as I keep it in ECO Mode. Very quiet compared to most window units I was familiar with from the 80's to 90's era. Fully controllable from mobile device as long as it is connected to your wifi. Can turn it on or even off regardless of your location right from your mobile device. I like the on-off time setting presets so it auto shuts off before my bedtime and turns back on prior to sun up. I monitor electricity usage with its app and it has yet to consume more than 50-75 cents per day in electricity based on my energy providers billing rates.

I like this small but mighty window air conditioner. It™™s coverage cools my large, 16™™ X 20™™, master bedroom nicely and is much quieter than others I™™ve had. I like the remote control plus having the app with Wi-Fi connectivity so I can turn it on when I™™m heading home from work and that room is cool when I get home. I have a central unit for the rest of the house but it™™s nice to turn that unit up at night and only cool our bedroom.

I bought 2 air conditioner of 2 different brands. This one (8000 btu) I had installed by someone, because I'm dissabled. It made a horrible noise and was shaking inside it. I had to have it taken out and went and exchanged it for another one and it done the exact same thing. So returned and had my $ put back on my card and purchased a different brand. I was out the money to have it put in and taken out twice. Customer service at GE and Lowes(where I purchased them) were no help at all. I asked could I get a credit where I paid twice for it to be put in and removed, but if course that was a big no.

I was very pleased at how quickly this unit cooled down my room.. I wouldn™™t consider my bedroom small, it™™s roughly a 12x12™™ space, and within 30 mins (maybe less) the room was freezing. Being able to connect it to the app and control the temperature from my phone, is such a nice feature. No one wants to get up and adjust the temperature on a window unit when they™™re already comfy in bed. Only con, it™™s really heavy. So depending on how strong you are, you may need a second person to help get it set up.

This is a great Air Condition unit for a medium area. I have a large bonus room that in the summer our air condition doesn™™t seem to reach there.
