I™™m definitely sold on General Electric compliances I am 82 years old. I have been using G appliances since 1950 when I was six years old my mom let me use the stove and it was general electric. We didn™™t have a dishwasher when I grew up. that™™s exactly what I wanted a good one when I got home on my own I™™ve had general electric appliances in the majority of my life. I appreciate the quality. I appreciate the efficiency. I definitely appreciate it. Saving me on just about everything. Drying cleaning ergonomics it™™s got it all. It does have a drawback. The inside lower tray is made well except when pots are dried it tends to take the plastic off of the spokes that are in the bottom of the lower tray. The upper tray has some rust also but not as much as the bottom I would definitely like to replace my bottom tray for one that had plastic all over it instead of one that had rusted spokes. I hope this review will be seen by someone that works at General Electric and I hope it™™s really posted. We™™ll wait and see. I hope they contact me and they have my phone number, so please call. Thank you for your time

Very low quality. After only two years the racks have rusted right through the coating. The bottom rack wheels/track system is simply worthless - the tiny little lips on the tiny little wheels are expected to ride along the door but in reality the bottom rack doesn't ride straight out at all. Wheels pop off and 1 totally melted at the bottom exposing yet along rusted bracket.

We bought a manufactured home $136,000 so it wasn't cheap. The appliances were mostly great except the dishwasher. This sucker hasn't ran right from day 1. Soap runs down door on inside during wash and then just sits there in bottom for no reason sometimes. The wheels are extremely cheap and come off, don't stay on track. This is a very cheaply made dishwasher. I have to buy another one so won't recommend this one!

The whole thing (besides the front plate) is plastic, feels flimsy and cheap, I frequently find dirty dishes after wash cycle, it's loud, and the prongs on the bottom rack are already coming loose. My old 2004 dishwasher ran better than this! At least the shareholders got paid!

Unacceptable Design flaw

The design of the lower rack is such the the wheels impact the vertical and bottom water seals on the right side and it derails. Sometimes the seals stop it the rack from going in. Even if it doesn't derail from the seal it is extremely flimsy with enough side to side play to where the wheels on the non flange side come off both pushing the rack in or pulling it out with normal force.

We did not pick this item as it came with the house but for the price if the house we would expect a much higher end dishwasher but I know that's not your fault. Capacity is adequate for 2 seniors. Controls, cycles and noise levels are good! Can't tell you about energy since we've not got an electric bill since it's been installed. The only negative comment we have is the bottom rack does not fit well. It's hard to move in and out when loading and unloading, makes it very difficult to use. Not sure if it's a design issue or a faulty basket.

The bottom tray is hard to pull in and out. The wheels just barely lye on the tracks causing it to go off either side of the track when you pull it out. Operation is ok ,not too noisy and you can adjust for it to air dry by not pressing the dry boost button. Purchased this model because the control buttons are visible from the front of the washer rather than hidden on the top lip of the washer

I am a bit disappointed in this dishwasher. First, and foremost, it does not get dishes clean. We've tried several methods and still dishes have to be thoroughly rinsed and scrubbed before going into the dishwasher. This model just seems very "cheap". We will definitely be replacing this new item within a year with a better brand/model.
