The griddle is currently back ordered, and they can't tell you when when they will get more in stock so be careful before you order. Its not a big deal for me since it came free with the stove I got but I didn't want others to order it by paying and not getting to receive the item. The order details do not show its back ordered just a post dated est. of receiving.

Just purchased a new double oven gas range and registered the product. Received an email to claim the griddle for the stove (free once you register) but just get a message saying the item cannot be added to the cart. Oh well. I hope the stove works better than the website.

Purchased a full Kitchenaid kitchen set November, 2025. The griddle was marketed as included with the double oven gas range. I did the required submission to receive the griddle, but on June 14, 2026 am still waiting to receive this. I have contacted Kitchenaid and Warners' Stellian (the retailer) multiple times, with no resolution. Considering my next step to be filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency. Can not recommend, due to the lack of customer service/support.

Was told it would be delivered by February 10. It is now March 9 and it hasn't arrived. Can't find anyone to address the situation. Just tells me it hasn't shipped when I track it.

Just bought new double oven gas range. Love it! Was supposed to come with this griddle then saw I had to register the oven then would receive an email on how to get the griddle. Registered, got email saying to just go to link and add griddle to cart. But, there is no cart, only a button Where to Buy, which generates no results. Have been on hold with KitchenAid for almost 2 hours and can't even get the silly thing to complain about it.

Comprà mi estufa KitchenAid donde dentro de los manuales contenÃa un papel ofreciÃndome esta plancha gratis luego de hacer el registro. Hice el registro donde me indicaba que recibirÃa un email de regreso para reclamar. Hoy me llegó y resulta un TOTAL ENGAÃO por que me indica que no esta disponible para mi paÃs. En adición envià email a Whilpool como me indica el papel y NUNCA RECIBà RESPUESTA A CAMBIO.
Esto es un total engaño pues ofrecen un producto y no lo recibimos.

Terrible griddle. I™™ve only used it 3 times and the non stick surface is wearing off. I use only nylon spatulas and wet paper towel for light cleaning. And always apply cooking oil prior to use. I should have read all the one star reviews.

I thought we had done something wrong because all the surface looked worn even though it™™s not very old. I wish I had read these reviews. I™™m hoping kitchen aid replaces this inferior quality grill with a better product and sends it to its customers. I live this double stove configuration . I have had three over the last 30 years . I don™™t recall having issues with the griddle . It might have been Maytag . Anyway I hope this gets improved.

Love this stove but the griddle is extremely disappointing. Unsure why it states that it is non stick, we rarely can cook on it without a huge cleanup. Because it™™s so hot we have to wait for it to cool before cleaning the mess so it sits out. We™™ve never used anything abrasive on it and only use silicone tools so unsure why it hasn™™t lasted very long. Based off these collective reviews I feel somewhat better in knowing we™™re not alone.

This came with our double oven gas range, which we re-purchased two years after we got the first one (when we rebuilt our house after a fire, not due to any defects). The coating on this griddle is thin and difficult to clean, and it never looks clean once the coating starts to wear off. It™™s a bummer because it cooked pancakes wonderfully, but I can™™t stand having it make my stove look dirty. My picture is from literally the first time I ever actually cooked with it.

Bought this range with this griddle (it was stainless with a coating). Worked great but having issues with the coating coming off the griddle. ABT where I bought it says it is a "cosmetic issue" and not under warranty. I cant believe they or Kitchenaid doesn't stand behind this. I guess we are supposed to ingest this stuff?!?!

Purchased this range less than 3 years ago to match my kitchenaid fridge. Very happy with how it cooks but not how the parts hold up for the price. The griddle looks awful after proper use and cleaning and the knob are all peeling. Is there a better replacement part or warranty on these peices.

Good cooktop with a lousy griddle

This griddle came with our cooktop (Model #KCGS950ESS) the non-stick coating is virutally useless. We have been very careful with cleaning and storing the griddle in between uses and it still is still showing signs of bare aluminum and will simply not release food.
Is there a better version of this accessory? We have had this cooktop for LESS than a year!

This came with the stove in my new house (Dec 2020) however I will not be replacing in kind since the quality of this is not very good. It is made of aluminum which is lighter than other products but the coating will not last very long even if the care directions are followed. Recommend only hand washing once or twice a month with a sponge an non-abrasive sponge. Outside of that you should just wipe with a wet paper towel and even then it will only last a couple of months before the bare aluminum will start to show.

So disappointed. They don™™t make things to last even 3 months never mind years anymore. The finish on this griddle didn™™t hold up to silicone utensils and sponge washing with proper scraper. Looks lousy on a brand new range.

This came with my dual oven 5 burner stove. Within the first few weeks it scratched. We only use silicone spatulas and had wash it with non abrasive sponge. After 3 months it looked like attached. Tried support, but 17 minutes wait time ridiculous after bot system took 5 minutes or so. I want a cast iron for the unit, not a spray painted aluminum junker. Any one know where to get one that will fit?
