love the stove top burners But here I am a couple months into owning it and I still can't use the oven. Your customer service dept sucks worse than any I've ever dealt with. I've only owned it 3 months. It's registered. I have a local service man, but none in my area that are whirlpool certified. You first said you'd mail me the part in question. Then you said you can't. next I hear you will. it's been weeks and it's still not shipped yet. I'll never buy another whirlpool.

Defective Range & Customer Service Runaround

Zero stars for service. Avoid buying direct. Our new range (delivered Dec. 26) has a faulty thermostat that sticks at 250°F. Whirlpool customer service refused a return because we had "used" the oven, blaming us for not testing it during delivery™€"even though they don't perform the installation! After hours on hold and endless transfers, I still can't reach a human. I™€™ve outfitted my entire kitchen and laundry room with Whirlpool in the last 3 months, but after this experience, I will never buy from them again. Total lack of accountability.

I have had this a brief time and it is okay. The bottom drawer is only a short drawer, not a full one and it does not close as it should. The grills on the top are cumbersome to take off and clean underneath it. It does, in fact preheat the oven and let me know when it has reached the desired temperature.
