GARBAGE

Do not buy this trash. Microwave crapped out after a year and cost $600 to repair. The one year warranty is a warning, they make junk and don't stand by their quality. It came with the home we purchased so we didn't have a choice but I will never buy Bosch products if I have a choice.

Great Oven/Speed Oven

I have been loving the ovens. The speed oven will definitely be my go to. It has so many great features. But even with so many options it is very easy. And the main oven is absolutely a breeze to use. I conacted customer support with a couple questions about the speed oven and got back a quick and useful response. I defintiely recommend this product.

Do not buy!

After the first year, the display started to dim. When i inquired with Bosch, they said I'd have to get a service person out to look at it even though when I looked at the reviews on their site, it was a well known problem but since it was out of warranty, I'd have to fix it myself. Then the latch broke and the microwave wouldn't work at all. Had a service person out to fix that for $400. Now, the broil feature does not work. Oh and the turning plate sparks so we can't use that. We've only had this for 8 years. The serviceperson said that Bosch is terrible about dealing with issues. Never again will I buy Bosch appliances!!!

Sleek oven with complex controls

The oven heats up to the specified temperature reasonably fast even without a fast preheat feature. So far I have only used the conventional bake feature, but it works fine. Will be testing convection and other features soon. The controls are tricky, including just setting the clock, but they do work.

Combination Oven Review

I love my oven(s). I like the dials on the lower oven. I like the options and the size. The combination Micro/Convection is wonderful and I use this daily. A couple of wishes: It is difficult to reach all the way to the back to clean the upper oven. I wish the door came off and/or swung differently. I wish the lower oven had the tempature probe option and I wish this oven could be added to my app. Other than that, I love it and it was a good investment. Would definitley buy it again.

Microwave has Issues

This combo unit was part of our new house appliance package 2 years ago. Right after the first year the microwave sparked and died. Bosch covered the parts but we covered the labor ($264). Replaced the magnetron and it worked ... for a while. Fast forward 10 months and we have had (4) magnetrons, (2) fuse kits and STILL a non-working microwave. Bosch CSR unable to provide a resolution other than authorizing another service call to replace the same parts. Not the quality you would expect from a "high end product."

The microwave has given nothing but problems

While the oven works fine the convection microwave is garbage. The display went in the first year which apparently is a common problem with this model and doesn't seem to have been addressed. The plate inside doesn't turn half the time. It sparks when running (the wheel on the turn plate). Absolutely hate the microwave.
