I love everything about this vacuum so far. It tackles carpet and hardwood with minimal passes and is perfect for my 1,200 square foot apartment. The battery doesn't last quite as long as I would like but it has not been a problem so far and the charge time is relatively quick. Easily comes apart to clean and empty the bin. Looks great, I have it out and on the wall because it goes so well with everything. Super quiet, even in the higher power mode.

I have been a buyer of electrolux for more than than 20 years as i believed it was synonymous with quality. Until I bought the ergorapido. I noted the battery life diminishing steadily after 6 months. I called electrolux to ask for a replacement ... and ended up dealing with has probably been the worst Customer Service I have ever encountered. No follow up, no response to my own follow up, multiple requests to send documents etc. I am sad to say that electrolux has lost a customer

Works well on carpet, cup has to be dumped almost daily but I have two cats and a dog. A little heavy for up and down the stairs but does a good job. Could be slightly lower profile for going under furniture and doesn™™t bend flat to the floor but good for the price.

The only feature I dislike is the charge cradle the vac fits into. Difficult to get the vacuum stick in cradle. My previous Electrolux stick vac charged by plugging the electrical cord directly into the back of the vac. Prefer that design. Overall I like my stick vac very much.

I™™ve had this vacuum for I believe six months maybe longer I have three kids and a cat. My kids tend to be messy. There™™s crumbs everywhere. I™™m constantly sweeping and vacuuming. This little gem was working great until it stopped charging. I have checked the connections, cleaned the brush and filter, changed outlets. Nothing will charge the vacuum. It is 2 years old so out of warranty. Very disappointing.
