I have been using my new unit for 3 weeks now. Its been great and I havent had any issues. Its nice to have the app set up to get notifications when my loads are done when Im not thinking about the laundry/near the unit. No issues and it seems way more efficient than my last LG set. We love the soap revisor the most No more filling every time.

I bought this about 8 months ago and really love it. I especially appreciate the app that keeps me informed of the dryer status and when the load is finished as well as allowing me to download new and additional features. We did have a problem with the dial which on occasion didnt work properly though we could still control it with the app. I called LG and a day later they had a repairman out who replaced the dial and motherboard at no charge. Excellent service.

I dont have the appliances yet and already am completely frustrated. I selected installation which is free/included with the machine but this was lost in the purchase process and now the installer wants to charge me to install it. I have tried 5 times today to contact customer service to fix the problem and after 2+ hours of people who cant even find my order they finally blame me. I doubted my decision to buy direct and now I regret it. I will buy from a retailer from now on.

This dryer was delivered and set up 10 days ago and Ive plowed through 20+ loads of laundry. The dryer has a huge capacity and handles king-sized sheets comforters and blankets with ease Theres an amazing array of settings choices but the machine helps by suggesting settings based on what the matching washer settings were for the load. I am very pleased with the washer/dryer set. This is my second set of LG laundry equipment -- and the first is still going strong in another home 10+ years later.

I purchased the LG front load washer and dryer and both was delivered on 2-21-2024. the washer has performed very well I really like the auto soap and fabric dispenser. The dryer has only one problem. The floe sensor always says 80 or 85 blockage. I had the duct system professionally cleaned and I got same reading I then changed the roof vent to one that is much larger and is not supposed to reduce air flow. I just wish the dryer had a better fan. thinking about going to a larger vent pipe or a fan assist in the duck work

I ordered a washer dryer and 2 pedestals from LG on 3/10. Delivery was set up for 3/16. When the 3rd party delivery company delivered our units they noted that the washing machine came out of the box damaged and advised us to call LG and request a replacement but they could leave the damaged unit for use until an exchange was able to be scheduled. The delivery guys also didnt install my washer correctly so now the closet door doesnt close dont worry I checked the measurements and they were the exact same as the previous washer/dryer I had in there that had no issues with door closure. I called LG right away and they put in for a replacement unit the delivery company called and scheduled a delivery/pick up for the following Saturday3/23. Upon delivery the delivery company said they were not made aware of the pickup and did not have the proper tools or crew to remove the damaged washer so they advised us to contact LG and make them aware that the proper work order needed to be put into the warehouse. So I called again and told them what the delivery men told me. I also told them that they delivery men had unboxed the new unit and put it back on the truck without any protection so I wanted confirmation that a new unit would be sent because I was afraid this one would get damaged on the truck. The rep assured me that they would send a new washer in the box. I scheduled another delivery for the following Saturday 3/30 and the delivery men told me that LG had sent the same unboxed unit which was now scratched as the week before so I refused delivery and called LG again. This exact same scenario played out on 4/6 and 4/13 except on 4/13 I became tired of the incompetence and told them I no longer wanted to financially support them as a company so asked that they pick up all of the items and issue a full refund. They agreed confirmed the total amount of purchase to be refunded upon return and scheduled a pick up for 4/18. The delivery company said they were only there to pick up a washer which was incorrect but told me I had to call LG again to fix the pickup order. I called confirmed they changed the return to all 4 items and rescheduled pickup. 4/18 they said pick up was once again only for a washer. I called LG and asked to speak to a supervisor who informed me they would not be honoring my return because I was now outside of my return window. They essentially ran out the clock on me with 6 weeks of poor communication with their warehouse and contracted delivery company and faulty business practices with no intention on replacing my damaged washer with a new washer which is what I paid for. As someone who spoke with Customer support for 6 straight weeks I can assure you it is nonexistent. They have no ability or intention of fixing problems caused by LG. Buy Samsung Electrolux or Speed Queen. Anything but LG.

I bought the washer and dryer before Christmas. I havent used all of the settings I still need to take the time to learn about the settings and what they do. This is the first time I have ever bough something other than a Whirlpool and I will say that I miss my Whirlpool but I really havent given My LG an honest chance yet. I think Im just not sure about all the electronics.
