Honest...hmm. here we go. Top 3rd rack is a waste and removed. Too small and in the way. Middle now top rack has the baby bottles tasting like soap at times. Doing a second rinse to fix that. Bottom rack poorly designed. When you pull it out it falls off the track. 2 months in and a wheel popped off. Tech came over for above issues. This energy/water saving device is a pain in the butt. 2.5 hrs to wash a load because we were educated that it washes a rack at a time instead the entire wash. So I can see how the soap is being left behind splashed up on bottles and glasses. Unfortunately once you buy an appliance your stuck. Not like you can try it on at the store.... the old dishwashers were so much better. Wish I had mine fixed instead.

Im very disappointed in the LG dishwashers. The first one they delivered made an abnormal high level of noise as well as condensation on the door and ceiling of the tub. We replaced it a week later with a more expensive LG and it too has an enormous amount of condensation. Ive done everything they suggested I do and more to resolve this issue as well as consulting with LG and Home Depot. They sent out the installer to check installation and he reported that this was normal and all LG dishwashers do this. Im extremely upset with the entire ordeal. I cant even get a representative from LG to return my call to fix my account which for some strange reason was set up with a NON-US account and only they are the ones able to delete the account so I can set up a US account Worse company Ive ever dealt with in 50 years

Looks good very quiet. Doesnt get dishes clean though. Ive had two previous dishwashers at this house but never had a problem with film and incomplete cleaning. If it worked as well as my LG TV it would be great.

Poor Design

I purchased my dishwasher and had it installed mid July. From day 1 when I pulled out the bottom rack it came off the tracks. I have to physically lift the rack up with dishes in it or without and put it back on the tracks. I called customer service and told them about this problem and they sent me a new rack which does the same thing. There has to be stops put on the tracks to prevent the rack from flying off when pulled out Very poorly designed and I buy only LG appliances because of their durability . I am extremely disappointed in this product of yours and very surprised at LG for designing this way.

So happy with my new dishwasher. Pros: upper rack for silver ware is a real back saver you can also group like things together easier for quicker un loading. The stainless steel interior just looks...elegant. The middle rack is adjustable for taller items. There is also another basket on the bottom for small items although we dont use it. Cons: Not really a con but we chose the controls on the front instead of on top of the inside of the door. If you lean up against it while working on the counter you can change the settings. Every setting has a little chime so at least you know you have done it.

I was shopping for a black dishwasher which limits my choices. When I found this one that was rated extremely quiet which it is I was so focused on quiet that I didnt notice how bad the bottom rack is. Without prongs in the middle sometimes the middle is empty but all the rest is full. I wish I loved it but I dont. I would gladly buy a better bottom rack if one were available.

But the water noises with this dishwasher are so loud We had this professionally installed by Home Depot so I assume it was done right. The third row is a nice feature but only a few items are smallest enough to fit on the shelf We are noticed that it cleans very well in general Our only thing that we see needs improvement is how well it dries. No matter the setting there still seems to be a number of items we need to manually dry after each load.

I bought my LG DW back in February from day 1 its had a fishy smell. I called LG and they told me to run it in MachineClean mode with a cleaner. It worked but I fear this will have to be done often as the odor seems to be creeping back. I do hope it stays gone otherwise I will be looking to replace it.

The manual is skimpy on detail and looks like it was written by someone where English is not their first language. I ordered this last 11/1/2022 at Lowes. Delivered Sat 11/12/2022. I personally installed it same day. Guess what it has a slow leak at the outlet port where the outlet hose meets the plastic housing inserted at the machine sealed with an O ring. Did not use it for a while until service personnel came but when they ran the machine it did not leak anymore. Hopefully it stays that way.

Better than Bosch

I wasnt even considering an LG dishwasher. My first choice was a Bosch. After reading reviews how ten Bosh unit had to be lrft open after the wash cycle allowing air inside the machine to prevent ongoing dampness and that it was required to dry the dishes I started looking elsewhere.We wash plastic containers that warped after washing in other machines. This doesnt happen in the LG if you use the top tier. The reviews compared the washing as equal to the Bosch. I dont have a Boch to compare it to but this machine really cleans. The third upper tray for silver and plastic utensils is a huge bonus.This is hands down a best buy. I hope it lasts longer than my last dishwasher .

makes my life more efficient to finally no longer have to scrub my dishes before i wash them in the dishwasher. this one also has all the features that you could want like the 3rd shelf and an adjustable 2nd shelf these features need to be played up more because i find them so unique and important. i also discovered that some of the tongs can snap down so its super versitle and accomodating for all sorts of different sized dishes. its beautiful and fairly priced i did wait for it to go on sale for all the bells and whistles. its easy to set the different wash cycles and the fact that i can download different wash cycles on the app is pretty cool too. I havent used that feature yet because i havent needed to but auto works just fine for me. also i like how it counts down to when it will be done i didnt know it did that when i was shopping for it. like i said these extra features need to be played up more because those are huge selling points for me.

Have had since November 1 and have not got to use it. Came in with damaged parts and they have not been installed yet.

Plenty of room inside

Bought this dishwasher about a month ago and it has a lot more room inside than our old one even though the outside dimensions are the same.
